1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 55wmb, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 55wmb platform and refrain from creating an account or accessing our services.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Verification

55wmb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documents promptly upon request. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your 55wmb account using the payment methods available on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as specified. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the platform. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 55wmb account are from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use such funds for gambling purposes. 55wmb reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified; (b) you must meet any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold; and (d) you must withdraw using the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by 55wmb.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 15 minutes to 24 hours. 55wmb reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing. 3.3 Fees and Charges

55wmb does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, etc.) may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

55wmb may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse, will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 55wmb platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. You agree to play all games in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each game. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation
• Reverse engineering or attempting to hack the platform or games

55wmb reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we detect any violation of fair play rules. In cases of suspected fraud or cheating, we may report the matter to relevant authorities.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Allowing another person to use your account or using another person's account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

55wmb reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe in our sole discretion that the account holder has violated these Terms or engaged in any prohibited activity. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining account balance and winnings.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 55wmb platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the property of 55wmb or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 55wmb platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 55wmb platform and all games and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 55wmb disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

55wmb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the 55wmb platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal complaint to our management team. Only after exhausting these informal resolution methods may you proceed to arbitration.
